Why do we travel?
When we launched majestic disorder nearly 10 years ago, we set out to build and connect a global community of curious, open-minded creatives in search of the why and how we move throughout this world and what that ever-evolving experience looks like.
Through conversations and printed pages, we’ve brought to life thousands of stories from all corners of this incredible planet from musicians on the bustling streets of London to coffee producers in Cartagena to indigenous weavers in Morocco.
majestic disorder travels
We act as a bridge between these stories, artisan communities in Morocco and curious travellers. We see human skill and handcrafted traditions as the ultimate universal luxury. We believe crafting traditions are a window to the culture and soul of a country.
As our tight-knit community has grown and the desire to form meaningful connections off-line has deepened, we have explored how to be even more invested and provide one-of-a-kind experiences bringing to life the ethos and values of majestic disorder. Travel has always been at the centre of our intimate work.
We’ve combined our extensive expertise and years of on the ground research in Morocco to bring you a unique and immersive cultural tour experience where you’ll meet and make with artisans who continue the skilled traditions passed from generations previous.
With a deep and intimate view of this beautiful, complex and multi-layered country, not only will you travel lesser known routes, you will quite possibly be the only visitors at some of Morocco's most authentic hidden gems, places not appearing on recommendation lists.
The warmth and generosity of the people of Morocco will truly fill your heart to the brim and make travelling through this magical country an unforgettable experience. Working in harmony with the natural environment and in partnership with local communities, we have designed our tours around ethical principles that address economic and environmental challenges while pushing us to examine our own privileges and roles within the widen context of travel and our global community.
Bringing our printed pages to life, majestic disorder travels embodies the spirit of local, immersive adventure with open hearts and minds. We understand the magical and transformative spark when a group of people come together on a shared journey.
majestic disorder
Kelley Mullarkey and Sean Stillmaker founded majestic disorder, an independent arts + culture print magazine to document the ever-evolving and growing global community of creative travellers. This blossoms through their marketing agency, which works from producing events in the Sahara to consulting tourism boards to developing brands. They endlessly seek inspiration from the myriad of global cultures. Read more about their magazine and creative agency.
