Once we hear from you we will remove you from our mailing lists and ensure you don’t receive any further marketing communications from us. Stopping marketing communications will not stop general service communications which include order updates and emails.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, providing invoices and/or booking confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen our bookings for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use Google AdWords for marketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Site. Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy policy.
We use Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver advertisements to Website Visitors on Facebook and Instagram. Facebook Customer Audiences matches people who visit our Site with people on Facebook, using the Facebook pixel that tracks conversions and helps us measure our Facebook advertising.
We use Adroll to deliver targeted customised advertisements to Website Visitors who have previously visited our Site.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Our web site is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the CMS and online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
